Magnificent views & location. Directly above the Parque Juarez and down from the Mirador lookout. Just a few blocks away from the main square. Our home is set behind and above another property, allowing for a tranquil and private setting, while enjoying stunning panoramic views of the center of San Miguel, its churches and the distant countryside. The four levels of this property allow for a clear definition of the space, yet terraced into one another, creating a feeling of amplitude while benefiting from lush greenery from the surrounding trees and walls covered with vines. Multiple terraces and fountains set the tone for a relaxing atmosphere in the clean bright interiors that are reminiscent of the Mediterranean. On the main level you will find the living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen with whole house water purification system, as well as a balcony and the guest bedroom with en suite bath. Below there is a private garden with a studio providing the perfect atmosphere for artistic creation. The master bedroom, located upstairs, is amazing and is wide and open. The centrally located king size bed faces the view, french doors and balcony. The en suite bathroom has a large shower and skylight above. Just off of the bedroom is an en-suite office providing internet and wifi throughout the house and overlooking the XVII Century Chapel of the Holy Cross of Chorro, the second most historical setting of San Miguel de Allende. Directly above the master bedroom you will find the most awe-inspiring view of San Miguel from the sunning terrace or the comfort of a large shaded terrace. Enjoy a sunset cocktail or espresso from the rooftop bar as you relax and take in the view. I will work with you on all the details prior to your arrival. Once in San Miguel, our house manager, Jose, is in town and available. Esmeralda, our housekeeper, will be by 3 times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, typically around 9 am.

Spectacular views in a secure location featuring 2 private terraces. A short flat stroll to restaurants, art galleries, language schools, library, colorful boutiques and more. Parades are frequent. There is often music in the evening in the Jardin. Alice will be happy to direct you, make suggestions about outings, and even change your dollars to pesos! Enjoy!

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Casa Tutili is a quiet and elegant space in the heart of San Miguel de Allende (7 minutes from the main parish on foot). It has four very comfortable bedrooms with blackout windows (the main one is electric) for a deep rest, each one air / heating and bathroom in each room; it has WiFi, pool, Smart TV with cable, washing center, drinking water, workspace, spectacular views and first-class equipped for an exceptional stay. Rent includes cleaning service.

The apartment is nice for 2 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table, a bedroom with a queen sized bed and storage place for your belongings, and a spacious bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, pots, toaster, water boiler, coffee machine, cutlery, dishes all well as with stuff like coffee, tea, oil, salt and pepper. I will provide towels, sheets, a fan and some soap for you.

It includes a swimming pool and daily maid/cook service. Although it is a single story home, there are some steps up from the pool patio and bedrooms to the outdoor living room, and a few more up to the living/dining area and the library.

The house is spacious and has Mexican decore. Several outdoor seating places to view mountains or sit by the outdoor bonfire area. Better weekly rates. Easy 3 block walk to centro.
