Stone villa with swimming pool

This stone villa was built in 1893. and renovated in 2021. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the groundfloor there is kitchen with a dining area. On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 bedrooms are in the loft. There is a small gym in the groundfloor with bathroom. Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and a Jacuzzi in the middle of the garden.

This beautiful holiday home was newly renovated in 2014, it was given that everything remains in an old - rustic style. The house is located in Grizane, a small town near the famous resort Crikvenica. The house consists of two floors and the Ausenbereich. The ground floor has the living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a small fitness room. In the upper floor are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a wonderful balcony with sea views, roofed with an awning.

Domaine VinodolSun is an approximately 4500m² fenced property with olive trees, a vineyard and beautiful Mediterranean vegetation with lavender, figs and oleanders. The villas Vallis and Mediterran are on the property. Both villas are self-contained and have separate plots, each with its own pool. They are connected by a garden gate. There are covered parking spaces, charging facilities for e-cars and two outdoor kitchens. WiFi is available free of charge
