This cozy little guest house is located in the heart of the Virgin Valley on a gorgeous farm that was established in 1901. Bordering the Virgin River and surrounded by mountains, the scenery is spectacular. The property is loaded with artifacts and antiques. Escape to this peaceful two-story cottage, accessed via a private driveway behind the main house. The gated yard has a playground, gazebo, fire pits, shared hot tub, picnic area, and dog run. A hot plate is provided, but no stove. Upstairs features a bedroom with a queen and double bed, plus cots. The ground floor includes a full bathroom, a kitchen with essential appliances, and a pullout sofa bed facing a large flat-screen TV.
