This tiny home comes with full bay access (paddleboard provided), community pools (seasonal), tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, playground, a short distance to the beach (beach chairs & beach/pool towels included) and local restaurants. We are a part of the Surfside RV Resort in Sandbridge. You’ll be foot steps away from family fun and relaxation! *Please read all info below

Little Island Park, Back Bay Wildlife Refuge & The Baja are just a few minutes away as well. This 6 bedroom home, with 11 beds will be the perfect get away.

Cozy beach cottage in the Carova 4x4 area. Located near mm22 with a short walk/drive to the beach. You'll enjoy the widest part of the beach for tailgating, wild horse sightings and beautiful scenery. Travel to this remote property requires 9 miles of driving on the beach, 4WD vehicles are a must! We are located in the Northern OBX of NC. Norfolk, VA is the closest airport, approximately 110 miles by car. Map view shows 2 miles to VA border, but the property is only accessible via Rt 12N.

If you are looking to get away from the standard Virginia Beach Boardwalk tourist experience and get back to nature, this is the place for you. Welcome to Surfside at Sandbridge. We are located on the northern tip of the OBX...in Va!!!!! This tiny home is in the most secluded area of the resort. Offering tons of nature and beautiful surroundings. One of the 2 pools is only 150 steps away. the beach is 950 steps...or you can drive and park at the resort entrance. We have pickle ball and a boat ramp. You can park your boat behind your unit if you wish and the fishing is great! we provide all beach accessories!!

Here at the OV Beach House, you have your own private access to the beach and STUNNING water views of the Chesapeake Bay. The sunrises and sunsets are incredible! My husband and I renovated the interior of the house this past year. We poured all of our love (and sweat) designing and crafting a home away from home with you in mind!! You'll find the kitchen stocked with all of the essentials. Towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided.
