BALAY features a cozy lounging area with bean bags & native wooden chairs behind a 180° bamboo sunset / sunrise viewing area. The tranquil setting, enhanced by the gentle sea breeze and the soothing sounds of the waves, makes it a perfect escape from daily life. Just a 100-meter walk to the popular Paliton Beach, strong swimmers and snorkelers can also swim directly to the Paliton marine sanctuary, only 200 meters off the property, offering an immersive experience in natural beauty and serenity.

Located on the west coast of Siquijor Island Keady Cottage is 30m from the ocean and sits in a lush tropical garden. The cottage is constructed of beautiful local Acacia wood with an outdoor shower and deck overlooking the overgrown small lush garden. Keady is ideal to relax and regenerate. The ocean 30m away (path access) is a garden of live corals; at low tide a rocky platform is exposed where locals collect shellfish in the traditional way.
