Our serene sanctuary spans 120 m2, featuring a master bedroom, 2 other additional bedrooms, a cozy living room to unwind in, and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. Our villa comes with two bathrooms for your convenience. Outdoors, there is a spacious 1500 m2 yard, flourishing with vibrant fruit trees — lemons, oranges, and an assortment of seasonal vegetables that thrive in the balmy Mediterranean climate. No pets !

Dispone di letto matrimoniale, letto singolo, divano letto singolo e lettino per bambini (su richiesta). La cucina è ben attrezzata con macchina da caffè a cialde BORBONE. Il bagno offre dispenser con prodotti, asciugacapelli e spazzolini usa e getta. A pochi passi da spiagge, ristoranti e attrazioni. Il porto è a 15 minuti a piedi, il centro a 20 minuti, e c’è la fermata del bus sotto casa.

Walking 5min from the building you will be in promenade of "Lungomare" near the beach along coastline too.

La Villa B&E e un posto tranquillo e con il mare a 500 metri lontano..Vicino c'è un bosco bellissimo per chi ama a fare camminate, e la strada a una pista ciclabile che ti portano in centro cita.
