For water sports enthusiasts, a SUP board is available and, on the other side of the house, there is a large trampoline for juniors and a spacious playing field. Lake Ada Ciganlija is a 5-minute walk through the wood.

The house was built in 1959. by a well-known linguist who dedicated all his working life to the literacy and education of people through the media. This very place served him as a source of inspiration for his research and writing.
