Stocked kitchen has sink, gas stove, sm. microwave, fridge, & Keurig coffee pot. Full size shower, hot water, toilet & sink in bathroom. Desk area for working. One bar stool in kitchen.

The Cabin has its own driveway/parking.There is a well defined path, 5 min walk to the River, where you can relax, picnic,swim, Kayak or fish. At Cabin we have Volleyball, Cornhole, Horseshoes, Tetherball, Fire-pit wood, pool for you and your family to enjoy in warm weather with privacy. *Sorry but we will not be able to host parties.

You'll have a full bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub, shower & toilet ("Jack & Jill" style). Huge 2nd floor deck is shared but has 4 sitting areas. You will have a private entrance, keypad entry & plenty of free parking. Children not permitted. Owners live below. READ HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IS/IS NOT PERMITTED.
