Our apartment is beach front. With just a quick walk downstairs, you are on the sand or relaxing by the pool. The condo is across the street from a dollar general grocery store and a great breakfast spot, and a quick car ride or bus ride from New Smyrna's very cute downtown. You’ll love the condo's ambiance, the views, and the location. It's is good for small groups of friends, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Direct beach access from pool area is open:)

This is a fully equipped, studio apartment at Northwest Square in DeLand. Northwest Square is the adaptive reuse of the 30,000 square foot Trinity United Methodist Church building. Northwest Square has 4 event spaces, a coffee shop, food hall and tap room, a flower and gift shop, a commercial commissary kitchen, and 15 apartments. There is also an outdoor seating area with a permanent food truck. The apartment is fully ADA accessible with a king sized bed, full kitchen, and curb-less shower.

Enjoy the splendors of Sanford’s historic district with its beautiful brick roads and magnificent oak lined streets dripping with southern Spanish Moss. Walk or ride to the downtown area where you can eat and drink till your hearts content. Enjoy a walk along the lake or stroll through the streets to look at glorious restored southern homes. The Bed & Brad offers you all the comforts of home where you can enjoy your stay at your own pace.

This is a second floor apartment in a 1925 building that was fully renovated in 2015. There's a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The screened in back porch contains the full sized washer and dryer that guests are free to use and the back door opens to a good sized back yard (shared space) and there's a private front balcony. The apartment is walking distance to Stetson University and about a mile from DeLand's award winning downtown. There is reserved parking for one car.

Built in 1913, this charming home has been fully restored. With 2 bedrooms/ 1 bath, family room and full kitchen, the Loft can comfortably sleep 4. Located blocks from Canal Street, you'll find an excellent assortment of restaurants, bars, and shops. A short drive/bike ride to the beach, making us the perfect spot for your getaway.

This funky private apartment is located in a cluster of historic homes less than 2 miles from the beach. With Daytona just 6 miles north and New Smyrna Beach 10 miles south, it gives easy access to all that the area offers. Enjoy a relaxed bohemian décor including tasteful nude art. The upstairs balcony overlooks freshly planted gardens in a unique neighborhood with a gentle urban vibe. Catch a great breeze coming in off the ocean and a sunrise from the bathroom window. Enjoy!!

There are NO 3rd party bookings with out approval. So if you book-you must be present. This log home is made from Conn. wood and built by my father. It sits on 8 acres. There are 2 units in this one very large cabin. They are separate apartments that are only connected by a wrap around porch. So you get to enjoy your privacy. This property is 15 min to beach, 5 min from 95. There is close to 25 restaurants in about 1/4 mile. We have a SHOPPING Pavilion! About 1/2 mile!!
