Lähedal asuvad Vanemuise teatrimajad ja muuseumid jm. vaatamisväärsused. Korteris on 180 cm laiune mugav voodi. Elutoas asuva diivani magamisosa laius on 140 cm. Köögis on ahi koos mikrolaineahjuga, külmik koos sügavkülmikuga, ekspressomasin, röster, veekeetja. Korteriga tuleb kaasa tasuta parkimiskoht hoone all asuvas küttega garaažis.

ILMA LISATASUTA on külaliste kasutada: ▪️AASTARINGSELT mõnus saun ning kinnine grillmaja, kus saab grillida iga ilmaga. ▪️HOOAJALISELT (mai-sept) kümblustünn, saun, sup aerulaud ning pika laua ja keraamilise grilliga väliköök. ◾️Küttepuud on kohapeal olemas! Maja asub imelisel Lõuna-Eesti kuppelmaastikul, Karula Rahvuspargi vahetus läheduses.
