This Victorian beauty was built in 1903 & still boasts original 120-year-old Italian tiles. She has just been renovated to make her space brighter & more open. Enjoy this slice of peace and quiet right in the city center. She is a family-friendly, digital nomad dream space with high-speed fiber optic internet, solar power, and plenty of comfy spaces to work and relax.

Amazing Space

The apartment is large, sunny, surrounded by trees, has a big balcony with views of city and mountain. 1 double room. A comfortable home with couches, books, and fibre wifi. The kitchen has gas stove, fridge and washing machine. The location is suburban but close to town, a few blocks to bus stops, trendy restaurants, parks, coffee shops. Fireplace in winter and/ or gas heater for R20 extra per day. I live downstairs, but privacy is yours. If you are bringing pets please discuss before arrival.
