The home showcases a floating staircase leading up to the mezzanine bedroom, neutral tones, natural materials, subtle touches of color, rich textures, and an outdoor relaxing area. A 56m2 split studio tastefully decorated to host. Located in a quiet suburb of Athens few steps from the metro station. It is cozy and very sunny. **Consists of a double bed 140x200 upstairs and an open plan living room-kitchen with a sofa-bed 140x200 that comfortably sleep two. **The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots and pans you could need and would make you feel like home. **It has an inverter A/C unit for heat/cold and central heat if needed. **Luxury designed bathroom with hairdryer, towels, toiletaries, shampoo, and shower gel. Guests can use the entire apartment, the front yard with the private parking included.
