Stay in a beautifully renovated 1903 cottage just minutes from Magnolia Silos and Baylor University. This 2-bedroom European farmhouse with historic charm and comfort, personal touch’s — perfect for families, friends, and game weekends. Named after the massive oak tree that welcomes you as you pull up the driveway. Clay Oak Cottage is full of character and charm. During our renovation we uncovered original pinewood floors and shiplap ceilings, bringing new life to this cozy timeless home.

Built in 1894, this completely restored, one-bedroom home boasts 12' ceilings, original bead-board panelling and a huge bathroom. Relax in the clawfoot tub or cook up a delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The huge, fenced in backyard is a great place to hang out and have a barbecue on the provided grill. End the day in the comfy king size bed and any extra guests can use the futon or air mattress in the living room. Only 4 blocks from the Silos and right across I-35 from Baylor.
