The villa is on the end of the upper floor which provides a quiet retreat and its porch overlooks the Racquet Club. Conveniently located within the security gates of the 7-square mile island, the villa is ideal for Seabrook!

The cozy farmhouse suite sits on 10 beautiful acres! Experience all the historic wonder in Downtown Charleston (25 minutes), then retreat back to a peaceful country setting to relax & unwind. Enjoy horses, goats, & chickens or sit beside a bonfire (we provide firewood). If you enjoy boating or kayaking, visit the public boat landing up the road. There is also a bike path. Explore nearby restaurants, beaches, plantations, parks, & shops. We are pet friendly (must add pet as a guest-$30 pet fee).
