You will have the entire place to yourself which consists of the main house and an attached flat with kitchenette, bathroom, living room and bedroom. We have a strict no parties policy

Enclosure Bay Panorama is the perfect spot for your stay on Waiheke, with sweeping views stretching from the Coromandel Peninsular to the Auckland CBD. 2 king (with ensuite) and 2 queen rooms and plenty of privacy make this the perfect retreat for your Waiheke beach holiday. Twin lounges and lots of outdoor space mean plenty of room for adults and children alike. Popular Enclosure Bay, Sandy Bay and Palm Beach are all an easy 10 minute stroll away. NOTE: the house comes with our pet cat Lulu.

This delightful, renovated kiwi bach is located in the heart of Waiheke's most sought after beach side suburb. Premium beds ensure a good night's rest, while quality furnishings and a modern kitchen add to the pleasure of your stay. A spa pool to relax in under a clear Waiheke sky is the icing on the cake. Quintessentially Waiheke. Enjoy a stay on Māwhitipana Ridge Estate with stunning views over the valley and out to the gulf. You can easily while away your stay enjoying alfresco dining in the vines and the serenity of the vineyard. If beaches are your thing, at the end of the vines is an access way taking you to a walking track down to beautiful Palm Beach - you can meander to and from the beach by way of the vineyard. Palm Beach offers dining, playgrounds and white sand beaches.

Peaceful and private yet close to local amenities. 4 acres of native bush to walk through. Watch the NZ birdlife as you pick lemons and limes for your Gin & Tonic. All rooms have sea and pool view. With Palm beach and Onetangi and most of the islands vineyard eateries within 5min drive, there is plenty to keep you wined and dined and entertained. The house does come with two cats who are quite shy and require only feeding with dry food in return to keeping the land pest free.
