Shops 200m down the road, beach within throwing distance, your options are endless. Front room has a queen bed, the other has two singles and a double bunk with a single over it. Additional warm shower out the back to clean off the salt and sand is a real asset

Homewood Cottage

Homewood cottage is situated in a private garden behind the main homestead “Homewood”. Homewood was built in 1876 by Dr Thomas Fletcher and was the original farm house in the area. The cottage was built in the early 1900s when the property was owned by George Alley a well known philanthropist. Guests can enjoy the private lawn and garden around the cottage, and wander down the hedgerow to the pond overlooking the Tauranga harbour.
