Welcome to The Tin Hut, a warm, homely garden apartment to relax and unwind after a days work, travelling or visiting family and friends. We have endeavored to consider all your needs with the thoughtful touches throughout The Tin Hut. Daily light breakfast supplied in addition to tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Tranquil location set amongst beautiful established gardens with a serene outlook to picturesque vineyards. Just a short drive to Marlboroughs finest wineries, food and the glorious Marlborough Sounds. Blenheim town is 10 minutes drive, Picton ferry terminal is 20 minutes away, wineries just down the road and the Blenheim airport is 10 minutes away. Separate from the main house our private guest house is self contained and fully equipped, perfect for a couple or business person.

Waikawa Landing : Self Contained Apartment.

Tastefully decorated apartment with wifi and Nespresso coffee machine ( with capsules) , Microwave, Ninja Air Fryer Pro Xl (roast, bake, reheat and dehydrate) tea and coffee, and a BBQ. The BBQ is located in a covered area at the entrance to the apartment. It has 2 hotplates and a burner on which a pot or frying pan can be used. All pots and cooking utensils are provided. Rest & Relax

Rest and relax in your sunny private riverside studio apartment or explore the close vineyards that surround us and the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. The studio accommodates up to 4 people and is located in Renwick a 5 minute drive away from Blenheim Airport and 30 minutes drive to the Picton Ferry. A minimum stay for 2 nights is requested. However we can arrange for a one night stay for $20 more if you reach out to us.

Vineyard Retreat

A lovely private and peaceful space set within a vineyard in the Waihopai Valley. This is a great spot to take time out from busy life. With separate guest access and use of a private courtyard, this airbnb offers the best of Marlborough in a quiet rural setting 10 mins from Renwick and 15 mins to the airport. Guests have a separate ensuite and use of kitchenette (fridge/cooktop/sink/small oven) and a shared laundry.

Absolute Waterfront Picton Waikawa Bay

Sleep beside the sea in this “can’t get any closer to the water” guest suite. Queen bed plus occasional seating. There are no cooking facilities - tea and coffee included. . The views are sensational of Waikawa Bay .Enjoy the large deck and outside table - great spot for a sunset bevy and taking a swim from. Totally pet friendly. Use of a double kayak and life jackets available to guests.
