Surrounded by native bush, bird life & views over the marina hides this studio retreat. The private Self-contained cabin with comfy queen bed, sun-soaked deck off-street parking & just 5 min drive from Picton the gateway to the South Island. Centrally located to explore coastal drives, bush & bike tracks this holiday haven is a 5-10min walk to the Waikawa beach & boat ramp, 8 min drive to the ferry terminal 10 min walk to the Jolly Rodger (our local) making this the ideal place for a stop-over.

Waikawa Landing : Self Contained Apartment.

Tastefully decorated apartment with wifi and Nespresso coffee machine ( with capsules) , microwave , tea and coffee, and a BBQ. The BBQ is located in a covered area at the entrance to the apartment. It has 2 cooking grids and 1 hotplate on which a pot or frying pan can be used. All pots and cooking utensils are provided. Note : The only means of cooking provided inside the apartment is a microwave . Welcome to Picton our little paradise the gateway to the South Island. PETS ARE WELCOME

Very cool modular cosy home close to town centre

This is a modern cosy home with open plan living & exceptional indoor/outdoor flow for enjoying the beautiful Marlborough weather, it is a great place for 1 or 2 parents in the main room and 1 or 2 children in the single bed room, it is also very suitable for 2 couples with having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms both with TVs, there is a small supermarket within 5 mins walk, bar & restaurant within 2 mins walk or the main town centre would be 10 - 15mins walk away, it is very handy to all amenities

Only 10 minutes drive from Picton where the train, bus or ferry connects you to the gateway of the South Island or North Island. Soak in the spa pool, relax on a deck with a glass of wine, use the kayaks or paddleboard or put out a fishing rod just metres from your suite. Unique location right on the waters edge in the beautiful Marlborough Sounds.

Rest and relax in your sunny private riverside studio apartment or explore the close vineyards that surround us and the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. The studio accommodates up to 4 people and is located in Renwick a 5 minute drive away from Blenheim Airport and 30 minutes drive to the Picton Ferry. A minimum stay for 2 nights is requested. However we can arrange for a one night stay for $20 more if you reach out to us.
