Constable's Cottage

Stay in a piece of history in the township of Duntroon in Waitaki. Situated in the grounds of the former Policeman's residence built in 1908, Constable's Cottage was the Police Station from the 1950's. The cottage is handy to the main street, and has easy access to the Alps 2 Ocean Cycle Trail as well as The Flying Pig and Duntroon Hotel. Vanished World Fossil Centre is a great introduction to the Waitaki Whitestone UNESCO Global Geopark and Elephant Rocks a 'must see' Geosite is close by.
