On arrival we look forward to welcoming you with a breakfast pack which includes locally made muesli / granola, organic milk, free range eggs, a loaf of bread and spreads. Guest are able to let themselves in as the apartment has coded entry. Access and contact details will be provided prior to arrival. A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. Quiet rural setting overlooking the Mahurangi River ,Te Kapa inlet and farmland .Lots of native bush and wild bird life .Perfect retreat to relax and read Matakana area has wineries ,restaurants ,art galleries ,beaches ,regional parks and a farmers market . As it is West facing we are often treated to spectacular sunsets. The apartment is spacious with a sitting room and is separated from the main house by a double garage . We are down a 2 km gravel road but the views are worth the drive.di

For your own piece of paradise in Rothesay Bay consider this new studio with separate bathroom. Private but part of the main dwelling occupied by the owners, it is at ground level with its own easy access carpark. This sunny studio is fabulously located being only 3 minutes walk away from the beach which has access to all the coastal walkways.

Come and stay in our stylish 1950s bach with one of the best views in Piha. Set back from the road, the house feels wonderfully isolated as it sits level with the tree-tops. The amazing view from the deck looks down on South Piha and up the coast to the headland. To the right you can see up the distant valley of native forest. There's two sunny living areas, a simple kitchen, shower and downstairs there's two bedrooms.
