Enjoy your holidays in this cute fully fenced & very private beach house just 200m level stroll through the park to the gorgeous Ruakaka beach.There is a hot outdoor shower and bath to relax in. Unlimited wifi , a TV, dishwasher & microwave are provided. Ruakaka offers great fishing, swimming, & surfing. River & estuary are great for kayaking, level pathways for biking. Welcome to our waterfront Bach in Marsden Bay, Northland. This Bach is an ideal base for a relaxing or adventurous break in the north. The views of the harbour and Mount Manaia are a pretty special back drop while you enjoy a wine on the deck or fire up the wood fired pizza oven to cook your fresh catch. A fantastic coast for fishing, diving, snorkelling, water sports or coastal scenic hikes - we are definitely spoilt for choice in our little slice of paradise.

Walk to the Beach! (Mangawhai Heads, Northland)

Come and stay at our slice of paradise, only a few minutes walk to the pristine Mangawhai Estuary or 15 minutes to the famous Mangwhai Heads surf beach. Conveniently located just 1.5 hours north of Auckland, Mangawhai is a great place to spend a relaxing weekend! There is always plenty to do in Mangawhai with the Saturday farmers markets, well established eateries, secondhand stores, walking tracks, golf, vineyards, Museum and the best beaches!

Langs Beach House

Our beautiful kiwi style beach house is a short 5 minute walk to stunning white sandy Langs beach and 5 min drive to Waipu Beach. Waipu Beach has a safe estuary for kids to play, playground and a fabulous cafe. Relax on our large deck overlooking native NZ bush and birdlife after a busy day. We are close to cafe's, coastal walks, beautiful beaches and the Saturday Mangawhai markets. The Waipu Coastal Trail starts at the end of our street.

Staffa Bay Iconic 70's Treehouse

Perched above Staffa Bay on the stunning Tutukaka Coast, this 1970s Warwick Lee–designed home is a true Kiwi bach — full of character, cosy, and surrounded by native bush with sweeping views over Woolleys Bay. Nestled among nikau palms and birdlife, this peaceful treehouse-style retreat offers direct beach access via a private track (just 25 metres from the house to the sand). The magical Whale Bay Reserve is also just a 5-minute walk away.

Thistle Do Beach Bach

Thistle Do Beach Bach is located meters off State Highway 1 at Ruakaka. The open plan lounge and kitchen has large windows and doors that allow maximum light and airflow, while the doors open onto a sun drenched deck with gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Inside the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including fridge/freezer, microwave, cooktop, electric frypan and dishwasher.
