This self-contained guest suite features 1 master BDRM with en-suite, 1 double BDRM, a separate bathroom, a cosy lounge, a kitchenette, and a secluded outdoor area. Air conditioning/heating system. Netflix and unlimited WiFi included. It is on the ground floor of our family home with your own separate access & decking. Parking for ONE car on our driveway; there are also free off-street parking. Please no smoking/vaping on the property, you can smoke outside by the street. No parties allowed.

Pukeko Refuge

This is a lovely large quiet and tranquil separate unit with a new bathroom. A small stream gurgles alongside enjoyed by pukekoes and eels. We want you to enjoy the birdlife, therefore we have food for you to feed the fantails, eels and pukekoes. A Gazebo over looking the stream to watch the pukeko playing, maybe enjoying a glass of wine. The unit has a microwave, fridge and toaster sofa, table and chairs for you to enjoy "home away from it all". Very safe off street parking
