We have two queen size rooms and one king single, all bedrooms have good size wardrobes. We have two beautiful large decks one south facing out front and one in the back for all day and evening entertainment. We have new radiator heating to keep you warm in cooler months.

Our sunny, comfortable, two-storey house is ideal for a couple or a couple with small children. The master bedroom/ living area upstairs is spacious with beautiful views of Kapiti Island. The stairs are a little awkward for the elderly and the very young although we now have carpet tiles on the stairs. There is no handrail. There is no bathroom upstairs. Sitting/ kitchen area downstairs and the bathroom and second bedroom are also downstairs.

A lovely two bedroom bach at Castlepoint. Open plan kitchen, dining, lounge & a great deck to enjoy the view! Comfortably sleeps 4 in 2 Queen rooms along with a nice leather sofa-bed in the lounge. The property is set just over half way up Guthrie Crescent so you know the view is a winner. A beautiful spot perfect to Relax and Unwind!
