We have a host of animals to check out - friendly family dog, pony, donkeys, cows and chickens. Relax and unwind in your air-conditioned room, by the pool or in the spa - the choice is yours. Close to Waitomo Caves, good stop off on way to Mt Ruapehu and 45 mins from Hamilton.

Ongarue Cottage is a little piece of paradise in the heart of New Zealand's North Island at the end of the famous Timber Trail Great Ride and only about an hour from the Ski Fields​​ The nightsky is so clear, with no night pollution. Birdlife is extraordinary. In winter, the Wood pile is stacked and the fireplace is set ready for your arrival...
