Close to Research Triangle, Durham downtown, Duke University, UNC, etc... We also offer a late check-out of 1pm so you don’t need to rush on your last day checking out !

Enjoy a comfortable stay in our safe, clean, private studio apartment. You'll have a garden view of our creek and wooded jogging trails. You can enjoy work productivity or privacy and relaxation in this allergy safe, non-smoking home. 17 min to RDU Airport: 10 miles to Downtown. 11 miles from Falls Lake State Recreation Area. No locals please! We prefer guests who are tourists, visiting relatives, or here on business. No pets or service animals.
