Admire how modern features blend harmoniously into a period apartment. A sunny front room overlooks a leafy neighborhood while houseplants and botanical prints continue the natural motif indoors. A cabinet displays a collection of elegant dinnerware. The apartment is near the city center of Wroclav. It's a 10 minutes by tram or 25 minutes walk to the centre (Arkady)Although a tram stop is close by, this is an incredibly quiet and peaceful place. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 11/2025.

In the Summer months, guests may rent the trailer home which is fully fitted with kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate WC with sink. The trailer fits 6 guests: one bedroom has a double bed, in the other are two single beds, and in the living room is a fold-able sofa for two guests. There is no heating in the mobile. Overall dimensions: 3,70m wide by 11m long.

The living room includes a comfy sofa, dining area, and wide kitchen, furnished with vintage wooden pieces and numerous plants. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and an extra mattress (140x200cm) up on the mezzanine in the living room. Spacious bathroom includes a bath.
