The cabin is just south of Grand Lake, It is extremely easy to access via car, has a great view of Rocky Mountain National Park, and boasts all of the modern amenities to make you feel comfortable during your stay. Reg #3261. Our little red cabin was built in 1915, upgraded in the ‘50s, and enlarged in the ‘70s - acquiring quirky mountain charm over the years. Welcome to Moose Mansion, our peaceful A-Frame escape sitting just off the North Fork of the Colorado River. We're just minutes from the historic downtown Grand Lake, the East entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, hunting, fishing, world-class snowmobiling, sailing, SO MANY MOOSE, and much more. We renovated the cabin to bring all the comforts of home to our "home away from home" in the mountains. Our family has made many memories here, and we're hopeful you'll be able to do the same.

What we lost from the seclusion of trees, we gained in 360 degree views of Kawuneeche Valley & Rocky Mountain National Park. Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. You can snowmobile/ATV from cabin to trails in less than 10 min. 4WD/AWD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in Winter.

The house has a wonderful layout for families, with bathrooms on the main level and the walk out basement, and two living areas. There are large decks off the front and back of the house, adirondacks and picnic table allow taking in the gorgeous view and listening to the seasonal creek very comfortable. Two parking spaces and snowmobiles can be parked right off the road.

Yampa Blue Tiny Home is a cozy, modern 1 bedroom, 1 bath with high vaulted ceilings, natural light & a back patio looking out to the mountainside. This modern tiny home is perfect for a single or couple. It has a queen bed & dining area table. It is in close proximity to a community BBQ, yard games & campfire in the summer. This cabin has a small kitchenette for simple cooking. Feel free to bring your cooler, camp stove and a bag of ice. Kick back and keep it simple.
