Oceanfront cottage with a fireplace and private hot tub! Enjoy your trip to the coast from this oceanfront cottage with a fireplace and hot tub! This cottage has a bedroom featuring a queen size bed with an attached bath on the main level, as well as a bonus room upstairs with a full size sleeper sofa. Note that the only bathroom is off of the bedroom. This duplex cottage is one of 9 units at Cape Cod Cottages, with shared amenities including three Level 2 EV chargers, a laundry room and a game room with foosball and ping pong. It’s located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North - and the quaint town of Yachats, with tide pools and charming shops and restaurants is just to the South.

The Surf House w/ private beach access & hot tub!

The Surf House offers special access to one of the wildest and most beautiful stretches of the Oregon Coast. Perched on the bluffs between Heceta Head and Cape Perpetua, it offers a serene & spectacular oceanfront experience. Descend private stairs from the yard to the secluded beach below to access some of Oregon's best tide pools, agates & beachcombing. An oceanview outdoor shower, fully decked hot tub, fire pit, lush gardens, & stocked surf shack w/ arcade enrich the wild coast experience.

Coastal Crash Pad

Cozy, functional, convenient space to recharge and regroup on your journey! This is a SMALL unit attached to our garage - humble, but includes all the necessities. Washer & dryer, shower, a kitchenette, & of course TV and Wi-Fi make this space a perfect home base. Enjoy the inviting outdoor relaxation space on property, or head over to the beach which is only 3 minutes away by car. The Crestview golf club is 1 minute away and there’s a playground and disc golf course within a 5 minute walk.

Sea Otter (fka Sandbug) - Tiny Tranquility

Superb craftsmanship abounds in this bright and cozy tiny home in Tiny Tranquility park looking out onto a stunning Evergreen perimeter.  Relax after a day at the beach on some cozy chairs and a sitting area that doubles as a full bed.  Enjoy the wood burning stove inside or watch the stars at night from the deck.  Cooking galore in a full kitchen, with four burner gas stove, fridge and plenty of countertop. Sleeping includes a queen in a large loft and a full bed on the main level.

Rayn or Shine Getaway is a retreat for the soul...we're sharing our ocean-view home for guests to enjoy and walk to the beach, just a few blocks away. You can hear and watch the waves curl in whitewater surf from the Great Room, Den and Master Bedroom, or step outside to a deck with a hot tub! Recently updated the guest bedroom to replace the old trundle beds with brand new queen bed and flatscreen TV. Our little slice of heaven located 2 blocks from one of the nicest beaches in Oregon. Summer visits include optional access to Bayshore Clubhouse (guest fee additional) with heated pool, rec room and more. 1 King, 1 Queen, small double futon, 2 bathrooms, large bathtub with view of ocean, Satellite, WiFi, Blu-ray player. Fully stocked kitchen, BBQ and wood stove.

If are looking for comfy home with a stunning ocean view within walking distance of Yachats restaurants and shops, our house is for you! Watch the waves roll in, the sun set, the birds fly by, and occasionally whales and sea lions from our comfy home. Hunt for agates on the smelt sand beach and explore the tide pools just in front of the house, walk down the nearby 804 trail to an 8-mile sandy beach, or head to nearby Cape Perpetual for a hike.

No Pet Fees, Free EV Charging. Beautiful Ocean Front small house cottage with deck is the perfect peaceful getaway for amazing sunsets or watching the mysterious fog of the ocean. (Beach stairs closed and under repair with no known completion date due to significant engineering issues). Beach access within 1/2 mile south and north. Beach stair access will hopefully be restored soon as the contractor has finally provided a plan.
