One of the highlights is its deep water access, perfect for boaters and water enthusiasts. A spacious two-story dock allows room for sunbathing, swimming, and enjoying the water. The swim deck and ladder, as well as provided kayaks and paddle boards, allow the kids and kids-at-heart hours of fun in the water.

This unique tiny house is set back in a quiet wooded area in Crane Hill, Alabama on Lewis Smith Lake. Perfect for a peaceful couple's get away or any kind of fishermen no matter the season. This house may only be 395 sq ft but provides a serene, fun, and comfortable experience. Cozy front porch and a large firepit for roasting marshmallows. Community boat launch just around the corner.

Hurricane Sally provided the wood when she deposited a pile of docks on our Ft Morgan property. The natural wood interior is lovely! One of a kind!
