One of the highlights is its deep water access, perfect for boaters and water enthusiasts. A spacious two-story dock allows room for sunbathing, swimming, and enjoying the water. The swim deck and ladder, as well as provided kayaks and paddle boards, allow the kids and kids-at-heart hours of fun in the water.

Decorated for Christmas! Beautiful 4br/3ba home on Smith Lake. A flat walk to the year round deep water! NO steps to dock or beach. Duncan Marina boat launch is a 5 minute drive! Park your boat at our dock.We are located close to a grocery and near Jasper so that you can go enjoy the local restaurants and breweries! We have kayaks, life jackets, SUP board and canoe!We have fishing rods and all the "stuff". We are very baby friendly. Absolutely NO DOGS. True service dogs require paperwork.
