The Splash Pad is a perfect getaway for families and groups. Our goal is to bring people together for quality time so we created spaces that everyone will love: the (non heated) pool, hot tub, patio, volleyball net and horse shoes, fire pit, indoor gas fireplace, and a spacious living room with a 55in TV. The Hopkins Hideaway gives families and friends 40 private wooded acres to explore and room to reconnect. Follow trails past three scenic streams, compete in the garage game room, then sink into the seven-person hot tub under the trees. Sleeps 16 (10 adults max) across four bedrooms plus a queen sofa, with Gigabit internet, a playground, firepit and trailer parking. Up to two dogs under 50 lb are welcome; responsible ORV riding is allowed on the private trails.
