One bedroom with queen bed, sofa sleeper in the living room, kitchen, full bath, lake view, and covered deck overlooking 125' of shared Lake Charlevoix frontage. Shared dock. (Seasonal) and parking. Fire pit and grill (seasonal). One mile to downtown BC on a walkable bike trail and six miles to Boyne Mountain.

We are also within walking distance of dining, boating and summer concerts Boyne City and Charlevoix are short scenic drives We are close to hiking/mountain biking trails, golfing, snowmobile trails and kayaking. Pets are not allowed.

This beautiful home provides a space to unwind after exploring the amazing sites of northern Michigan or simply relax by the fire place or under the canopy of maple trees. It is truly our hope that you enjoy this retreat house. It has easy access to downtown Petoskey, Walloon Lake, Boyne Mountain & Nubs Nob. There are multiple wineries and a local market just down the road. End your day taking in spectacular sunsets with friends & family.

Gorgeous Getaway! 2 Queens/2 Fold-up twins.

We have played off the beautiful water colors of the bay in our decor. Like our other unit next door, we have included everything we can to make sure our guests are taken care of and feel right at home. We have 2 queen beds and 2 single fold up beds. We do accept pets ($25 flat fee) but certain breeds are not allowed. Please see “other things” for a list. This is a manufactured home in a manufactured home community. The unit has been completely remodeled and is magical! You will love it!

The House Next Door is a vintage-chic modern cottage in the heart of Harbor Springs. Nicely designed throughout, perfect for staying in or to be your home base for endless local activities, many without getting in your car. 8 minute walk to waterfront, restaurants and shopping.
