The Roosevelt

I built this cabin in 1989, this property has a lot of history, it was part of the land that my father in law acquired from the Roosevelt program, I believe that was in 1932, he was one of the few original settlers. we have 25 acres we are in process of making walking trail that will wind back and forth through the entire property. will be a good chance of seeing all kind of wildlife including deer turkey, squirrels and all kind of birds. Gantt Complain

Beautiful, cozy cabin on Gantt Lake, AL. It has a queen bed in the master bedroom and one in the loft, along with a rollaway bed already set up. Two additional rollaway beds are located in the attic. There is no pullout sofa. 1.5 bathrooms, washer, dryer, and a fully operational kitchen. Two delightful electric heaters create a charming ambiance all year round. The cabin has a fenced in yard, gated covered porch, and a great boathouse.

Conveniently located to the Jimmy Carter sites in Plains (8mi) and Americus (18mi), antiquing, birding, hunting, ATV trail riding, biking and many nearby sites of interest including Providence Canyon (30 mi), Andersonville (35 mi), and Radium Springs (43 miles).
