A spacious and bright one bedroom studio apartment located in Waltham Abbey. This property benefits from a large living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and free parking. The local supermarket is a couple of minutes walk away and just a short walk to the historic market town centre of Waltham Abbey with a lovely array of shops and Lee Valley Country Park. A 5 minute drive to Junction 26 of the M25 or a 10 minute drive takes you to Waltham Cross Station (traffic dependant).

There are also local High St with small supermarket, restaurants and takeaways. We are also within walking distance of Superstores and a cinema.

The Barn is located within the grounds of our Grade 2 listed Cottage and yet is far enough away from the main house to allow our guests privacy. The property offers two luxurious double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower and bath. The light and spacious living / kitchen area is fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher and provides comfortable seating for all our guests. Guests will receive a welcome pack of goodies on arrival.

I live in the house full-time and am always nearby if you need anything. You’ll be using the same entrance as me.
