This architectural luxury warm and modern 3/4 bed home plus studio is close to Wanaka, the local trails, the lake and the river. It has expansive mountain views, a huge lawn and privacy. The house is perfect for winter & summer with an underfloor heating and cooling. Enjoy the gas fired hot tub, sauna, ice bath and shower after a day out on the mountain or the lake. There's also plenty of fun and fitness options too including a trampoline, outdoor games, treadmill and yoga/gym equipment.

Located in Alberttown, just 5 minutes from Wanaka, with 750km of mountain biking and hiking trails right at your doorstep. Freshwater rivers for fly fishing and swimming are just 100 meters away. The house is on the same section as our family home, so you may hear kids in the garden, but we aim to be considerate of your space.
