Fußläufig erreichbar in 10 Min. sind Netto, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann und das Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

The holiday apartment is located in the north of Berlin in a quiet and green residential area. Modern apartment with 75 sqm in the ground floor. Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the larger unit. (The smaller unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21896074) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Unsere Scheune de Lütt bietet einem Pärchen oder einer kleinen Familie genügend Platz um zu jeder Jahreszeit ein paar entspannte Tage auf dem Land zu verbringen. Direkt hinter der Scheune lädt ein großer Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Grill und Feuerstelle sowie Klettergerüst, Schaukel und Sandkasten zum verweilen ein. Hoch oben im gelben Eckhaus am Park: Viele Quadratmeter und die Möglichkeit, bis zu 12 Gäste unterzubringen, erlauben es, von hier aus mit der ganzen Familie und mit Freunden Berlin zu erobern und zu Feiern! Ein Mal-Atelier im Dachgestühl, selbst errichtet. Wir sind Künstlerin und Designer und haben einen Malsaal, ein Schlafzimmer, eine grosse Wohnküche, ein Wellness-Bad und ein Gäste- und Spielzimmer passgenau eingebaut. Das ist Eure Unterkunft!
