The property is of heritage age having initially been built over 80 years ago for the chief engineer of the Marrondah reservoir. More recently the property has been renovated.

We are located approximately 10 minute walk from Brighton Beach & Brighton Beach railway station You will also have the opportunity to sample the many delightful local cafes and restaurants in the area. The chalet is an easy walk to leafy Church St where you can browse the many wonderful boutiques, enjoy a leisurely lunch or dinner or simply have a relaxing drink at one of Church Street inviting bars.

Adventure 2 mins to the Aquaduct trail or 5 min walk or 2 min bike ride to the rail trail.
