This historic apartment is centrally located one block off bustling Magazine Street - a hip, commercial strip known to locals for its bars, restaurants, and boutiques. It's one block from a grocery store, drug stores & bus line. It is also a close trip to the Garden District, Tulane, French Quarter, and the St. Charles Avenue street car line. It features a washer/dryer and a kitchen with all basic cooking amenities. Built in the 1880s, the apartment is awash with historic New Orleans charm.

A beautifully renovated second floor apartment that can occupy four guests. Our 2 housekeepers have been with us for years and know what our guests expect. They do a great job. The apartment contains 1 bedroom, 1 bath, the living room with a sleeper sofa has direct access to a balcony overlooking Carondelet Street. Centrally located, less than one mile to the French Quarter, SuperDome, Convention Center, Central Business District, World War II Museum, Garden District, and Magazine Street.

Welcome! Built in 1894, this is a classic New Orleans home. Located near the historic St Charles streetcar, Mardi Gras parades, Garden District and Magazine Street. NO DOGS, NO CATS, NO PETS family member has medically significant allergies 1-2 PEOPLE ONLY NO SMOKING INDOORS ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS AFTER CHECK-IN TIME - including same day reservations Thermostat cannot be set below 73F wifi, central air/heat, private washer/dryer I am an artist, living in the 2nd unit of the house.
