Charlie & Roy's Farm Stay Berry

Charlie and Roy's farm stay is a family friendly guesthouse on an old vineyard. The property is nestled beneath Wedding Cake mountain and is set on 173 acres of pasture,and forest with a creek and a large lawn area. It is just 4.2km from the village of Berry and is close to bush walking trails, wineries, and beaches. The home is perfect for one or two families who want to enjoy Berry and be in a peaceful country setting. Being a farmstay, there are friendly farm animals too. (No large parties)

My husband says, "If you are holidaying at the beach - you must be able to see the water & not just a glimpse". Comfy King Coil mattresses- All bedding, towels, hand towels and bathmats provided. Cosy, country cottage style two bedroom cottage within easy 1km walk to Berry town centre. Would suit a couple with two children or two couples. A great base for accessing all the area has to offer. Recently refurbished with new carpet, paint and kitchenette. Access to pool and outdoor entertaining area. Friendly local hosts who are happy to recommend attractions including beaches, wineries, restaurants and the amazing new Boongaree Rotary Nature Park.

Ocean Reach Family Stay

Our beach home is a modern, 3 bedroom duplex within a minutes drive to Kiama's beautiful beaches. It consists of 2.5 bathrooms, large lounge areas, gourmet kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar and large outdoor area with lovely gardens. The property consists of 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8. Bd 1: Queen bed with ensuite Bdrm 2&3: Trio bunks with single on top and double on bottom. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. All linen and towels are provided.

Hindmarsh Park Holiday Cottage Kiama-

🎆. Hindmarsh Park Holiday Cottage is the best place to stay in Kiama. This Cottage is a fantastically recently renovated period home over 170 years old. The home has maintained timber floorboards and lining boards. Modern kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The Cottage is only 50 metres to some of Kiama's best cafe's and Restaurants. The Cottage is fully fenced and secure. Free onsite parking and secure yard.

Red Gate

Red Gate is a retreat for couples or singles to relax and getaway from it all. Only a two minute walk to the sparkling waters of Warilla Beach where you can swim and surf in the patrolled beach or follow the shared pathway along the coast and into Little Lake Reserve for a leisurely swim. The property is small dog friendly, by owners discretion. Close to shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs, and clubs.
