This cozy home comfortably sleeps six with a first-floor king bed, and two full-size beds upstairs. Relax in the inviting living area with a massage chair or enjoy the outdoor gazebo with fire table. Fully appointed kitchen. An electric car charger is also available, making this cottage a convenient choice for your stay

Rossburg Tavern (1800’s)

This house was built in the early 1800's as part of a small town "Rossburg" that no longer exists and is reported to have been a Tavern. This is one of the last remaining structures for this town along with the barn and house across the street. The house sits on one acre of land surrounded by farmland, so you'll have opportunity to relax by a campfire, enjoy the unique architecture of the house, or explore the wide variety of entertainment options all within 20 minutes of the house.

Completely walkable location steps away from Bike Trail, Nisbet Park and all the best Loveland shops and restaurants!

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.
