The Barn at Serenity Acre

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, where relaxation abounds. We are located in Warren county, the playground of Ohio. - total and complete renovation in 2021 - fully equipped kitchen - cozy bedroom / living room - spacious bathroom with claw foot tub to soak or shower in, vanity, and robes - walking trails in woods behind our property, access to pool (seasonal), close to restaurants, stores, vineyard, historic towns, very close to Kings Island, bike trails, and so much more

Cozy private suite/Ohio to Erie/Miami Scenic Trail

Location is everything in this cozy accommodation catering to weekend guest and bicyclers on the Miami Erie Trail. Enjoy the quaintness of small town living in your one bedroom private cottage suite. You will have everything you need in this historic haven, made contemporary, for a relaxing stay. Walk to cafes, vintage shops, & drive a few minutes to Caesars Creek State Park & Rivers Edge Livery. Opt for breakfast on the go for an additional fee w/ homemade granola, protein and fresh fruits.

Rossburg Tavern (1800’s)

This house was built in the early 1800's as part of a small town "Rossburg" that no longer exists and is reported to have been a Tavern. This is one of the last remaining structures for this town along with the barn and house across the street. The house sits on one acre of land surrounded by farmland, so you'll have opportunity to relax by a campfire, enjoy the unique architecture of the house, or explore the wide variety of entertainment options all within 20 minutes of the house.

Suite Liberty – Clean/Spacious

Our lower level, walk out suite (private entrance) has all you are looking for & more. The 1000 sf plus suite is spacious & comfortable. We are located on 2 peaceful acres in a residential area near the Liberty Way Exit off I-75. In our suite the focus is on cleanliness and functionality. Our sheets, towels & linens are laundered in Free & Clear products. For your comfort and security, the home is equipped with a Whole House Generator & Security Cameras on the outside.

Greystone Cottage in Historic Waynesville

Peaceful cottage on Main Street, just outside the business area. Walk to the shops and restaurants or bike .6 miles to the Ohio Erie Trail. Equipped kitchenette sufficient to prepare light meals, outdoor grill, patio and lawn for outdoor games. Queen bed and Queen sleeper sofa. There is room for inside bike storage. Greystone Cottage is located close to the Little Miami Bike Trail, canoeing, zip-lining, King’s Island, the Ren Fest, and Caesar's Creek and ebike rental.

Private carriage house on 3 acres!

New for 2024/2025... updated furniture with memory foam sleeper sofa, memory foam king and queen beds, additional twin mattress for floor for extra sleeping options. Bright and airy carriage house, located behind main house on 3 acres in Lebanon, Ohio. Close to downtown Lebanon, Springboro, Waynesville and short drive to Kings Island. -Kings Island 11 miles -Warren County Sports Park 7 miles -Roberts Center Wilmington 20 miles -Caesar Creek State Park 10 miles

Eudora-Private apartment on secluded wooded lot

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.
