Palms Reach, a lovely, characterful, weatherboard home, set amongst gum trees and palms, is in a very quiet street just a two minute drive (or 10 minute walk) to Avalon Beach, Careel Bay, Avalon shops, Cafes and Restaurants. Birdlife abounds...wake up to the sounds of kookaburras, magpies and lorrikeets. We have a 8 year old Labradoodle named George. He loves everybody and everything...he will, however, be kept completely separate from your space, unless of course you would like to meet him.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy the newly renovated kitchen, fresh decore and pretty garden outlook. The property is fully air-conditioned with units in both the bedroom and living room. The property is a granny flat which shares no walls with the main dwelling. It is a completely separate space, joined to main dwelling by a balcony. Please note, access to the property is via 14 stairs. 12 minute walk to Pymble Station and 100m to bus stops.

Light and airy one bedroom garden flat with beachy feel. It has a queen sofa bed, and comfy double bed. Located just a 20 minute level walk from North Narrabeen Beach and lagoon, 5 minutes from Warriewood Square and across the road from the Warriewood Wetlands. Bus stop located across the road and easy wlk to B line bus into the city. Please note the shower and toilet are located in the external laundry an not in the flat itself. There is no ensuite in the flat.

Inside you’ll find open-plan living, a cosy bedroom overlooking the garden, plus an open loft second bedroom with its own balcony.

Studio cottage close to the beach

(Studio update December 2025) - The studio will very unfortunately be next door to a building site.. Demolition and excavation are complete though there can still be general building noise. The builders hours are 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Very likely the normal peace and serenity will be disrupted during this time.
