1-Bed Apartment Near Town Centre |Private Parking
Modern, spacious 1-bed apartment just a 10-minute walk to the town centre, with free private parking and a private entrance. Recently renovated and ideal for short or longer stays, with easy access to shops, restaurants and transport links. Sleeps up to 4 guests with a king-size bed and double sofa bed. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the full apartment, including a large living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request for an extra fee.

Garden Flat - 5 Mins to the Zoo or Cheshire Oaks
Welcome to our newly refurbished, self-contained one bedroom apartment. It's ideally situated between Chester Zoo (10-15 mins walk) and Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Village (less than 5 mins drive) and also about 10-15 minute drive to Chester. It has a spacious, open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room with a separate bedroom (with king sized bed) and large walk-in wardrobe/dressing table. It also has it's own bathroom with double shower enclosure, toilet and sink. Parking spaces for 2 cars.

Cosy One-Bedroom Bungalow
One-bedroom cosy bungalow with open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area and a bed settee that makes into a small double for up to 2 extra guests. Furnished to a high standard, the bungalow is located in a quiet, residential area of Runcorn with local shops within walking distance and the main railway station a 5 minute drive. Parking is available directly in front of the property. The bungalow is also a 15 minute drive to Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport and 25 minutes to Manchester Airport.

The Coach House is a new, high spec building, adjacent to woodland in Knutsford centre. Downstairs, fitted kitchen and a large wet room with pressure shower, all with underfloor heating . Upstairs is a stunning loft space, 60 square meters of white larch flooring as seen in Saatchi gallery, 50 inch television, sonos stereo, high speed wifi, a luxury king size bed with goose down duvet and pillows. We provide high quality bedding and towels. There is a south facing private courtyard.

Peaceful cottage & garden in Cheshire village
Fieldview Cottage is a charming 100 year old cottage in Comberbach village, a lovely semi-rural location surrounded by countryside and yet well connected, 4 miles from junction 10 on the M56, 35 mins to Chester and 30 mins to Manchester airport. The local pub is a 5 mins walk and serves great food. Popular Marbury Park is close by. The village has a post office offering local essentials. The Hollies Farm shop is close by and is a great local shop to stock up on all fresh groceries.

The Annex - relax in quiet, charming setting.
The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

Relax and unwind in rural Cheshire
Tucked down a private lane in rural Cheshire, Eden Cottage sleeps 5 guests in 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 – Super-king bed Bedroom 2 – Super-king or twin Bedroom 3 – Single bed Upstairs, there’s a bathroom, plus a downstairs WC. The bright living room has a wood-burning stove and TV, while the dining room leads to a modern kitchen with bifold doors to the secure garden. Outside, relax on the decked seating, fire up the BBQ, and enjoy off-road parking for two cars plus an EV charger.

Ex Servants Quarters: Character Basement Apartment
The apartment is in the basement of our Georgian Town House and a 20 minute walk into Liverpool city centre. It's entirely self contained with a modern bathroom, a large combined living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed, washing machine and double bedroom. The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. We implement the air bnb recommended enhanced cleaning regime.

Spacious Garden Studio in Stunning Lymm village
This delightful “Guest Studio” is situated just a short 3 minute stroll from the centre of Lymm village, where you will find good restaurants, pubs & bars. The “Guest Studio” is at the end of our garden and therefore separated over 100 yards from our main house. You will have your own separate entrance and there is a guest private parking space immediately outside. The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”.

Bluebell Cottage, Ormskirk
Come and stay in this charming character cottage in the historic Market Town of Ormskirk. The fantastic location, only 5 minutes stroll to the town centre, offers an abundance of amenities right on your doorstep. Resting in a row of pretty whitewashed cottages this cosy home is nestled in a lovely position just far enough away from the bustling town centre. Bluebell Cottage is a perfect base to just relax or to enjoy all that Ormskirk and the surrounding area has to offer.

The property is situated in the enclosed gardens of a Grade II Listed Farmhouse with ample private parking.
