The Old Mill

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Walking distance to the Beach, Lake Petobe and the Warrnambool CBD. A brand new build with an industrial vibe still with the old remnants of the Original Woollen Mill that date back to 1910. Adults retreat upstairs with open Bathroom. All other living, kitchen, dining, laundry, 2 bedrooms and bathroom downstairs with easy access from the garage. Big Bi Fold doors open up to the Outside patio with bbq, table and chairs.
