We have a dock where you can tie your boat and have direct access to Lake of the Woods. Enjoy a unique experience of being remote, on the water, yet in the community. Located on a wooded 5 acres with 400 feet of waterfront, you have the North Country seclusion and are still just a 10-minute walk from the amenities of downtown Warroad. Perfect for outdoorsmen and family adventures!

Just a short 10 minutes from town, this spacious basement apartment offers a private driveway, parking and entrance to your own space. Cooking is simple with the many options of small appliances. Relax on the couch with a 65” tv screen or do some work from the office area. Walk-in shower, laundry area and 2 separate bedrooms with queen size beds. Great getaway from the hustle and bustle for sunsets and wild life. Family friendly. A family does occupy upstairs, you may hear foot steps.

Located downstairs from The Northstar Getaway. Enjoy what the Warroad area has to offer! Fishing, skating, ATV riding, snowmobiling. The rental is located approximately one and a half miles SW of Warroad. Just minutes from the Gardens Arena, Lake of the Woods, the Warroad River, and Beltrami Island State Forest. During the winters there are snowmobile trails near the house. It is 16 mi from Beltrami Island State Forest, 26 mi from Hayes Lake State Park, and 29 mi from Zippel Bay.

Inside you will find all necessary amenities, including linens/towels and most everything you will need in the kitchen to cook a meal. All you need to bring is your groceries and personal items. It is secluded and surrounded by trees, yet just a couple minutes from Warroad!

This freshly renovated cabin is the perfect home base as you enjoy all that Lake of the Woods has to offer. If you’re looking for outdoor adventure, the cabin is centrally located amidst miles of snowmobile trails and nearby lake/ fishing access at Long Point Resort. Inside you’ll find 3 bedrooms and plenty of sleeping space, a fully outfitted kitchen, and a living room ready for relaxation. Step outside to a spacious, wooded lot, where patio furniture, grill, and fire pit await.

This comfortable one bedroom apartment with kitchenette is only 2 miles from the wonderful Lake of the Woods. A private parking area is large enough to accommodate at least two truck/boat rigs. It has a private entry and a separate living area. We are just west of the city of Warroad and walking distance to a bar and grill. You will love the privacy and location! We do live in the home, so please respect the quiet time from 10 PM to 8 AM, or you may be asked to leave.

**No Cleaning Fee!!** This adorable home is a few short miles from beautiful Lake of the Woods as well as Beltrami Island State Forest. Come to the Northwoods for Fishing, boating, hiking, and snowmobiling. We are located between Warroad and Baudette. This single bedroom home provides a full kitchen, deck, fire pit, and grill. This is an affordable alternative to a hotel.
