The Villa Goshen (Exclusive Use/All Guest Spaces)

An unforgettable stay awaits! Spectacular waterfront views from the home and guest deck, with outstanding amenities and accommodations, this is The Villa Goshen. Booking allows exclusive use of all guest bedrooms, common spaces on the main & upper floors, and the wooden guest deck area off the kitchen. No parties unless pre-approved. Hosts live on site in a separate basement apartment. Easy access to Notre Dame (45 min), Middlebury (20 min), Nappanee (20 min), and 25 to Shipshewana (25 min).

Located on beautiful Stone lake in Middlebury, IN. Crafts Amish antique auction fish swim lake relaxing. Bedding, towels, and personals/toiletries are provided. 2 queens, 1 twin, 2 double beds. Includes 3 BR/4 baths (detached 3rd BR CLOSED in winter), room for 6-8, AC, Smart TV, streaming services , WiFi, fireplace, lake, pier, kayak, paddle boat, grill, fire pit, dishwasher, toys for swimming, fishing, and 5 miles from Shipshewana/Middlebury. Min primary guest age is 21.

With so much to offer you can find something to do for everyone or stay in & relax in our relaxed environment.

Oak Grove Place (2 King Beds) on 5 acres

Fully furnished, large country house. With beautiful country views. Large wrap around front Porch and back deck. Perfect for picnics or just relaxing. Ideal location for any size of family or group. Two king beds, one queen, one full size bed plus a queen sleeper couch to meet a large family needs. During winter months you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace. Wood is provided. Peaceful get-away in the country. Rich colorful apartment ideal for an extended business trip or just for fun. A thousand square feet of comfortable living space in our walk-out basement. Five to ten minutes from an eclectic mix of dining options and bustling art/artisan scene in downtown Goshen. Walking/biking trails are 1.5 mi. away. Bike trails are also available in Goshen and extend all the way from Elkhart to Shipshewana. We're two minutes from Goshen Airport.

Enjoy the privacy of the large lower level suite in a quiet neighborhood. The host lives on the main floor. We are within walking distance of Goshen College, Greencroft, a Vietnamese restaurant, and a great deli. A 45 min drive to Notre Dame, 20 min to Middlebury, 25 to Nappanee, 25 min to Shipshewana. All local tourist places. A few min. from historic downtown Goshen with unique restaurants, breweries, and shops.
