This 3 bedroomed lodge is also pet friendly and is so comfortable and homely with open views, and a gated balcony for your 4 legged friend. The lodge is sat in a small cul de sac near the entrance of the park with lovely open views and extended decking to sit and watch the world go by. Hilderstone Stable

Nestling in a quiet rural setting Hilderstone Stable was converted recently into a contemporary high quality 2 bed cottage. 5 mins north of J35 M6. This cottage is ideally located for exploring the Lake District, Arnside/Silverdale AONB, Leighton Moss and Yorkshire Dales. The settlement of Hilderstone can be traced back to the 13th century. The barn was built originally in c1750. There is still a working farm as part of the 200 acre Hilderstone Farm. A great base for outdoor activities.

Lune Valley Lodge

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Aughton is a scenic village situated on the banks of the lune valley leading up to the market Town on Kirby Lonsdale. Walks from the village allow you to saunter along the banks of the river lune or through the picturesque Burton and Lawson woods belonging to the woodlands trust often known as Aughton woods. Aughton also has an beautiful old village church going back to 1864 and a recreation hall and children's play area.

Penny Post Cottage - Close to the Lake District

Penny Post Cottage is situated in the lovely village of Warton, Lancashire. The cottage has been lovingly restored, preserving its quaint spaces and unique features. Boasting two bedrooms, reading/play room, lounge with log burner, kitchen, bathroom and lovely enclosed paved garden with beautiful views, this is a truly charming and romantic cottage. Yealands is a fairly new site surrounded by planted trees with water features for the local ducks and other water fowl. We are opposite the main village where the restaurant, gym and pool are located. The Yealands is a quieter site, perfect for relaxing after a long day visiting the many local attractions. The site is on the border of Lancashire the Yorkshire dales and the famous Lake district. Local interest brochures in lodge and at reception.

The Studio is a self contained cottage, that is part of a listed building in the Lune Valley. With a private entrance and private parking for 3 cars with exclusive use of a large cottage garden. The Studio consists of a living space with sofa bed, separate kitchen, downstairs toilet & shower room, and a large characterful bedroom upstairs with two single beds.
