Farthings Cottage is a recently refurbished warm and cosy little hideaway nestled amongst woodland and fields; close to our house but private. With garden a covered terrace and fire-pit. In the southern part of Warwickshire - easy access to Stratford-on-Avon, Warwick and the Cotswolds. Tucked away in 26 acres of equestrian tranquility. With a friendly golden, a cat, five horses and two teenagers. We would say that a car is an absolute necessity as there is a drive away from all amenities.

Close to Warwick Hospital, JLR, Telent, Severn Trent, IBM and motorways. 15min walk to train station, 2min walk to shops and bus stop, 25min walk to Warwick town ctr for all visitor attractions/shops/restaurants/pubs, 5min drive to M40. Free parking on driveway. Kettle/tea/coffee/milk in room as well as microwave with plates and cutlery. Private entrance to the guest space with key. Private en-suite bathroom.

Studio annexe with double bed and kitchenette

This studio annexe is on the edge of Claverdon within easy reach of Warwick, Stratford Upon Avon and Henley In Arden. Set in the grounds of a Grade II listed farm house, it has a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. The annexe has glorious views of the Warwickshire countryside and spectacular sunsets. Plenty of good walking / cycling and a short walk through the fields to a peaceful pond. The space can accommodate a blow up bed and there is a travel cot available on request.
