The Highland Hut

Located in beautiful countryside, with its own private wood burning hot tub and fire pit, as well as five furry faced friends to keep you entertained, the Highland Hut cannot be beat when it comes to having a relaxing break. Marigold, Honey bee, Coco, Arnold and Bertie are our gorgeous highland cattle that live in the field the Hut is located in. (Don’t worry, there is a fence to keep them from joining you in the hot tub!) They really are incredible and will make your stay here one to remember.

Castle Folly- Unique castle experience for two

This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. Medieval themed features include panelled walls, skylight above the bed, and a knight! Facilities include shower, TV, fridge freezer, heating, hob and outside seating. Large hot tub with a beautiful view available for an additional charge. Substantial breakfast pack provided. With a village pub close by what’s not to love?

Hayloft Cottage - hot tub & indoor swimming pool

Beautiful barn conversion, sleeps up to 4 + an infant with stunning mezzanine level bedroom, king size bed with vaulted ceiling. Open plan living optional use of double sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen including Nespresso coffee machine. Use of indoor swimming pool and outdoor Hydropool hot tub. Private garden with rattan furniture. Award winning artisan Farm Shop with café and bakery all onsite. Keys are collected using a keybox so this gives you flexibility on arrival and departure times.

Mount Cottage

Mount Cottage is a luxury 2 bedroom cottage with superb private hot tub. Located in the heart of Henley in Arden a 5 minute walk to all pubs, restaurants and shops. Also on the doorstep is the beautiful Warwickshire countryside with numerous scenic walks. Within easy reach are historic Stratford upon Avon, Warwick and Royal Leamington Spa. Birmingham is also accessible via direct train from the village station a 5 minute walk away. Mount Cottage has off street parking and EV charge point.

The Duck Shed Annex

🦆 Immaculately kept and thoughtfully designed annex (est 2025) blends homely comfort with a touch of luxury. On the edge of the Cotswolds and close to Stratford-upon-Avon, it offers lovely countryside views and a welcoming retreat for two. 'The Hovel' is a beautiful countryside retreat. Enjoy the green oasis of Warwickshires picturesque scenery with countryside walks surrounding the farm. This stunning little barn has all amenities. Set on a working farm nestled in a newly planted vineyard, you can walk the vines on a evening stroll and see the magnificent sunsets. Outside you can relax, enjoy Al fresco dining, barbecuing and even a dip in the hot tub!

The recently upgraded Shepherds Hut contains a king sized bed, Kitchenette, Dining Area and En-suite Shower Room. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
