This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. Medieval themed features include panelled walls, skylight above the bed, and a knight! Facilities include shower, TV, fridge freezer, heating, hob and outside seating. The large private garden has a luxurious wood fired hot tub with spectacular views over the fields. Nearby are lots of things to see & do, so take some time away, come & relax at The Dairy.

It sleeps up to 15 people in 7 bedrooms, two of which can either be a king or 2 singles. Comfortable bedrooms all have en-suites, hotel standard bedding, towels and smart TVs. A very large, electric gated driveway for 10+ cars, Wi-fi and is perfect for large families, or groups to stay comfortably. We have recently added a games/movie room!

Beautiful barn conversion, sleeps up to 4 + an infant with stunning mezzanine level bedroom, king size bed with vaulted ceiling. Open plan living optional use of double sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen including Nespresso coffee machine. Use of indoor swimming pool and outdoor Hydropool hot tub. Private garden with rattan furniture. Award winning artisan Farm Shop with café and bakery all onsite. Keys are collected using a keybox so this gives you flexibility on arrival and departure times.

Rural Retreat with hot tub and bar area

Badby Lodge is a beautifully renovated annexe nestled in 6 acres of beautiful grounds. The property has 2 double bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with a double, both with en-suites. This property provides the perfect retreat for a max of four people. Outside there’s a very large pond (practically a lake!), menage and stables. There’s also a Bar area and large private Hot Tub that you will have sole use of. If you are a rider you may bring your horse for a small additional fee.

Mount Cottage

Mount Cottage is a luxury 2 bedroom cottage with superb private hot tub. Located in the heart of Henley in Arden a 5 minute walk to all pubs, restaurants and shops. Also on the doorstep is the beautiful Warwickshire countryside with numerous scenic walks. Within easy reach are historic Stratford upon Avon, Warwick and Royal Leamington Spa. Birmingham is also accessible via direct train from the village station a 5 minute walk away. Mount Cottage has off street parking and EV charge point.
