With heat AND AC, this home stays warm in winter and cool in the summer! The lake is great for ALL water sports, fishing, kayaking, swimming, SUPing, etc. Everything is allowed on this lake! Our house is 1500 SQ ft, has a wood burning fireplace, lake views and beds/mattresses for 9...all the makings for a great family vacation!!
