A large ground floor room with its own exterior exit and a half bath adjacent to the room. There is also a private full bath upstairs and plenty of deck space to relax outside and take in all the beauty. My house is located 3 miles from the Antietam Battlefield and 3 miles from historic Boonsboro MD. Harpers Ferry WV and Shepherdstown WV are just a short drive away. In addition my house borders the little Antietam creek with beautiful scenery and immense history everywhere.
